Malware
I got a message two or three times this morning that there is possible malware detected on subsonic. Should there be any cause for concern? If I get the message again I will copy it so I can share what it is specifically saying. The only reason I am asking is that I have never gotten this before today...

I tried the google diagnostics as suggested and it said there were 3 suspicious attempts noted. Any thoughts?

I run AVG (FREE Anti-virus software) every night. I also run Comomdo (FREE Firewall software) all the time. I run Super antispyware all the time also. These are all free and update daily. I have had this computer for 4 years and I've caught and killed everything that has tried to harm my computer. That's with teenagers going on-line!

Those warnings are generally from malware on your computer. They show those warnings to get you to buy sofware you don't need. Here are a few links that have anti-virus and anti-malware software:
Anti-Virus
Microsoft - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
OR
AVG - http://free.avg.com/us-en/download
Malware removal tools

I would install the Microsoft Security essentials and malwarebyes

UPDATE:
I have confirmed that this is the case
------------------------------------
I was just thinking and realized that that warning might have come when you were browsing the forums. As we don't use any 3rd party sites that are not clean, but members do tend to use the count down tickers on their posts. This might have thrown that warning. It won't hurt to use the software I mentioned. You can also use firefox with and add on called No Script. It stops all flash and javascripts from running unless you approve them. Its a layer of protection.

Re: Malware
Do you know what page you visited that had that warning?
Those messages usually come from the tickers or countdown clocks.
