Can't request stuff

I am getting a message that the connection has timed out.

I am getting that timed out message again when I try to request a song. Also, I cannot listen to Requests. Which is odd because there are 25 people listening to Requests now. Is it just me?

I'm haveing the same problem. I got the request to work on the next step down (64?). The now playing list is off as well.

Since the new version of Firefox came out yesterday I can't request using Firefox. I go to click on the "Now" but nothing happens. Safari works fine.

*Edit - The dialogue box for adding something to Treasures isn't working either.

Edit 2 - It seems to be working now.

I have had trouble with requesting a song for almost a week. When I click on a song to try and request it, it just keeps saying loading, but never does. I don't think its a media player issue because it doesn't get that far. I'm enjoying what others pick though! If anyone wants to do the jungle sounds, that's what I was going to request (trying to lull the baby to sleep and figured the jungle sounds would go good with the trickling water sounds from our water fountain).

There have been some issues since the upgrade with requesting stuff. rdeacon is aware of these bugs. This might help you:

Ok found the issue. When you make a request please click the Now link and not the track title. There is an issue with the track title information pull. I added it to the todo list.

Also, what type of computer are you using?

That's how I requested this morning (actually, it's the way I have always requested tracks). Didn't even know you could click on the track title before...

Thanks Len, that seemed to work. I was able to do it using "now" instead. I didn't even notice that as a link before. I'm using an HP Pavillion with Vista.

I get the same glitches every now and then and they always seem to fix themselves. I'm glad you were able to request!
