SR Player problem

eagles4life might be the person I should PM but I'll ask here in case I don't have to pester him. 
When I try to switch the SR player from the requests stream to the background or scheduled streams, it gives me an error (which I cannot say what it is right now, since I'm at work and this happens at home
) and it shuts down. Every time.
Any idea?
