Animal Kingdom Schedule

Post by jenhen27 » Mar Mon 16, 2009 12:00 pm

The last three times I have logged in to listen to the Monday AK schedule it has been playing shows. This includes last Monday and today. Can you check on what is going on? I really look forward to the three hours of the AK Monday schedule.

Thanks!

Jenhen, the animal kingdom schedule is playing for the correct time. Its playing now. EST 2:22, 11:22 PST and will play for another 1:30. The schedule is set to PST. Is that where there is some confusion?

Also double check you are listening to the scheduled stream and not the request.

I am listening to the schedule stream and I make sure it is playing at the correct time. I check the schedule and it shows a green bar in the schedule under where it is playing. It had a green bar in the AK section but it was playing an Alladin show from DCA. Maybe it is just off for that first half hour because I did notice that it switched to AK music pretty soon after my post (maybe 12:30 or 1pm). I'm on the East coast so I check in to listen to AK at noon over here. Like I said, at noon over here on Mondays I have logged in to listen to the scheduled stream and it has been playing shows (last Monday it played such shows as Doug and some show about food). I've signed in to chat to ask to have it fixed three times now. Should I wait until 12:30 or 1pm from now on?

I'll try to report back on Monday at noon next week with what is playing and let you know if it isn't AK music.

ah...

I know what happened. The way the scheduler works is it waits for the last track to be complete before it switches to the new schedule. So what happened was the DCA Aladdin track probably started like around 11:50ish. The AK schedule kicked in at 12, but since the Aladdin track was long it ran into the AK scheduled time. Once the Aladdin track was over it started playing the AK track selections.

I did see you came into chat and asked for assistance, I was actually at lunch when you stopped by. Sorry we missed each other.
