Site down and radio now not playing

Hi guys tonight (UK) the website went down and is now back up nut the radio isn't plating via WMP
any suggestions
i requested for aload of songs till when it wnet down will i get a 'refund' or not.

I wish I had read this before I used up my points. What will I listen to while I am working?
Also, Scheduled is playing a skipping disk. Soaring isn't playing either. Background seems to be playing fine. Requests is still not working.

Thanks for letting me know. One of the few people that know to IM me about these issues as opposed to posting in the forums where I only check once a day, if that!
