Subsonic Radio

Tried your suggestion of using winamp and I downloaded it this morning. Got nothing but time-out errors. Tried using WMP but that wouldn't connect anymore either. Hoping to get back where I was yesterday which was at least being able to connect and get music which stopped and started all day, I uninstalled the winamp software and went back to WMP. I downloaded the newest version and tried connecting to your site again. Now, I get a popup that states "WMP can not play the file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file" Now I'm totally lost. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I really miss not having your site running : (

Have you tried going to "open url" and pasting the url link there?

Umm.. yeah now is a bad time for the streams. The 128k streams are down and as a result the 64k and 24k are filled. So you there will be times when you can't connect. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with WMP or winamp, just that there are no slots available.

Once we get the 128k streams back up, it will be a better time to diagnose if you are having issues with the players.

Now I'm starting to feel really dumb, so here it goes. Not sure where "open URL" is or where to paste it from.

Its in the file menu....

If you right click the top bar

File -> Open URL

But right now there are no open slots.. so I will not connect.

Thanks very much. I'll try tommorrow, hopefully everything will be up and running.

If all else fails, have you tried iTunes? It is free to download and I have found that I have less trouble with their player then any of the others out there.
