Not working on Cellular data

Working great as usual on WIFI but as soon I am out of WIFI range and it switches to cellular data it stop loading the start screen and does not work. I have tried restarting the app, turning off and on cellular button and restarting the phone, still no luck. It worked A week ago. Maybe something with the latest iOS upgrade.
