I was thinking about it for a while and realized something. It only happens when I download from one of my favorite websites. I will test it again tomorrow during the next download. I think the file downloading might just take up most if not all of the bandwidth so I can't get the signal from you guys. The files are pretty big, one file is the broadcast of CBC news in Canada and the others are from news stations in other countries. Each file is about 200mb. So I will try it tomorrow and let you know.

always try the 24k stream it take less bandwidth and may help with the limited you already have

Thanks eagle. It's funny because I have Verizon DSL which is good for about 190k at least but if you download one thing (shaking fist). Thanks again for the suggestion.
