This maybe a bit of a nit-pick, but the time is off by an hour on the site. Unless, you don't have it in the Pacific time zone, which I believe you do.

do you mean the time in the forums? That is not a bug with SR. This is a setting in your profile and/or something with phpbb.

your Server should be on GMT. PST would be -8 Normally but during Day Light Savings its -7
