Thanks Sub - with the University network crashing constantly the last couple days I was starting to think computers around the world were out to get me!

Sub I have tried several times today to request music, but didn't seem to have any luck. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

what's happening when you try and request? give us as many details as you can (what track, how many points does it cost/do you have, any error messages, etc). help us to narrow down the problem.

After clicking request tab located on left hand side of track the page will refresh, but request is not executed and my points stay the same. No error messages. Here is a track that I just tried to request-

disneyland - tomorrowland - space mountain - epcot medley (concourse) 421 7:01 71 62

I just requested some including the one stated and it worked fine for me.

Whenever a 50th Retrospective track is queued up, it disappears when it comes to its time to play. It shows on the upcoming tracks but doesn't play and is not shown on the recently played.

Yes, something was wrong with the 50th tracks.
Two of these bugs were in the tracker.
I reloaded them, made a request for one as well as manually adding one. It's working now.

If you come to the chat, i'll manually add a track for you to make up for your lost points.

For the past couple of days I've been trying to request the Resort Loop TV tract, but it always comes up as if it has been requested, so I can't get it. But, it never seems to actually come up on the qeue to play. Is this tract now unavaible to us?

When I have been listening, I've noticed it's being requested as well as been played. I think you're missing the time it's played.

Which brings me to another feature. Show a song history. When the song's played and whom it's been requested by.

Will do, but I was looking around, and don't know how to get it to show a song history.

I do believe sub is planning on creating this feature it isn't released yet

Not sure if this is a "Bug" or has been addressed, because it's only *mildly* annoying and not really that big a deal...

but if you request a song that hasn't been played in 24 hours... but has just recently been requested by another user and is queued, then it will tell you it is queued and take your points... it seems you get those points back once the other user's choice of the track plays, however...

Perhaps the Requests page, instead of "redding-out" tracks played in the last 24 hours, it could also check to see if the track is in the queue? I'm not sure if that's some monumental task, and like i said, the points don't stay gone, it's just a bit confusing.

Definately a low-level issue, just thought I'd bring it up.

It's definatly a bug, it shouldn't take your points if you don't request something.

This issue will be addressed when I make the change to my new system. Which won't be for a while now.

^This is listed as 27mins but its only about 5mins! Please fix it as I've been ripped off twice now

its not a ripp off. since you get all your points back and you don't pay for them it's no a ripp off. though it does suck I and See how you would feel I know Sub will be looking into it.
