Walt Disney Takes You to Disneyland
I just uploaded "Walt Disney Takes You to Disneyland". This is the 1968 album that was the first album released from Disneyland. It's the album that is on the vinyl in the new 6-CD box set. Pretty good. Each land has some intro music, and then Walt himself describing what can be seen in each land. Hopefully it will make it's way into the system soon.

yes, upload it. It may not get put into the server right away, as we have alot of tracks to sort out first. But, I think it would make a great addition to the line-up.

Re: Walt Disney Takes You to Disneyland
Hi where can I download this? And what is the 6cd box set you are referring to?? Thanks!!
Re: Walt Disney Takes You to Disneyland
Despite this being an old post, I want to answer the second question because there might be more people interested in that.andrewyi1114 wrote:Hi where can I download this? And what is the 6cd box set you are referring to?? Thanks!!
But before more people asking for downloads arrive here:
You can't download music here, you can only listen to it by requesting the tracks, or by listening to the other streams and hope your favorite track will be played there. Have a look at the FAQ. Try Amazon or eBay if you want to own it, there might still be some copies available there.
To answer your other question: The 6 CD box set andrewyi1114 was referring to was "The Musical History of Disneyland" (click here for Amazon). At least that was the only 6 CD box set released in 2005. It's a pretty nice collection

I love anything that has Walt in it. Thanks so much for uploading this. It's like an early Christmas present (even though you did it years ago!)
Re: Walt Disney Takes You to Disneyland
Not to be Johnny Rain Cloud here, but I don't think that one currently is in the request playlist. I did several quick searches using several keywords that might fit, but the tracks from that CD didn't turn up...

Walt's interview by Jim Calabrese is fascinating as well. Glad that's in the system at least!

Wow. I started this thread over 8 years ago. I believe the tracks you are looking for can be found by searching for "Your Trip to Disneyland 1955"
