I've got a huge collection of MGM Studios music that isn't on subsonic yet. I can start uploading it, but the whole collection is about 170 files and over 1GB of data. Many are entire area loops and then also the individual tracks from the loops. Here are the categories:

ABC Commissary
Animation Courtyard
Commissary Lane
Entrance Music
Hollywood Boulevard
Honey I Shrunk The Kids Movie Set
Muppetvision 3D Plaza
Pizza Planet
Star Tours
Sunset Boulevard
The Great Movie Ride
Tower of Terror

Just wanted to be sure it was ok to inundate the FTP server before starting...

thanks

you can upload anything you want. I'll check them against what we already have (both in the playlist and stuff not added yet).

How do I upload? I have a lot of Disney stuff and I've promise to send you some MP3's, but life seems to get in the way. It would most likely be easier to just upload.

Jacca, to upload, please read here: viewtopic.php?t=2561

it has links to the thread concerning the FTP we have set up, as well as other methods if you're reluctant to download/use the FTP

hmm. not sure why it would tell you that no connections are allowed from your IP. unless Subsonic did something to block your IP (he does that sometimes if you're connected for long periods of time).

I did get the 4 tracks you uploaded already. You may not see them once you're connected again, as I deleted them from the FTP after I downloaded them.

I was connected for about an hour and 10 minutes before being disconnected and have been unable to reconnect ever since.

not sure then in that case. it is possible that Sub did something. I'll ask him when he signs on later...

I banned your ip, I noticed the streams were buffering, logged into the server, and noticed someone was trying to connect over and over again with the wrong password. I've had people trying to hack my ftp before.

Sounds like you're legit. You're unbanned :) Check it now. And thanks for the uploads.
