to upload songs to us, please refer to the thread right below this one entitled "Announcement: Upload your files to the FTP Server!". Then, please post something in the project tracker which Subsonic mentioned in this thread (click the link to find out about the tracker). Click here to access the tracker. If you do it soon (like today), let me know via email/PM to let me know. I'm helping Sub organize tracks right now. Please put the tracks in a new folder (create directory) that does not already exist. I need to review them before upload.

Thanks! :D

make sure you're putting in all the right info. once you're connected, right-click in the right hand pane (where it says subsonic.no-ip.com) and select "create directory". type in the name of the file folder. Then, in the left hand pane, select the folder on your computer where you have the files you want to upload. Then just drag and drop in the new folder you created.

if that doesn't work, do this:

upload the files to some website like rapidshare.de or yousendit.com. Post the url for each file you have/uploaded. Then, as I'll be the one going through them, I'll download them direct to me

These are all of the tracks to the Magic Kingdom Opening - There might be some typos in the titles but you will be able to fix them....let me know if you are missing a track which you shouldn't be or if there are any problems....These are all seperate Tracks but they go in order by the number at the end of each title.....you might want to somehow put them all into one....i tried and cant do it....but here they are!

Sorry, sorry, sorry. When organizing our music, we deleted the upload directory.

You can upload to the FTP again. :) Thanks for trying so hard!

Sub / JS3901 was the ability to list what is in the upload folder turned off? I am unable to list what is in the directory. I'm not sure if my file even way transmitted. (oh and should MP3's be in Binary mode or ASCll?)

I'm new to uploading music  . When I get to the site with all the mirrors, which one do I use?

The reason you don't see files is because JS moves them out of the upload directory and sorts them.

Binary mode.

A link in the "Upload your files to the FTP Server!" forum brought me there
These are the instructions I was following:

Here's the link to the client.
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/file ... ror=aleron

Once you install, run the program.

IMPORTANT:
Go into EDIT > SETTINGS.
Under CONNECTION > FIREWALL check "Passive mode".
Click [OK]

In the fields at the top type in
Address - "subsonic.no-ip.com"
User - "disney"
Password "disney"
Port - "21"

I found that passive mode isn't working for me. mainly I think because there is nothing in the directory and it is confusing the ftp program
