Major Coding Question?

Does anyone know if and if so how to get some sort of Iframes to be displayed in Flash. My goal is to have a flash program display a web page within it. I hope I explained it well enough

You can't. You can read in a file though and display it with minor html code.

Look up loadData in the flash help.
