Orlando Park News is reporting that the Endangered Species Store is now officially closed. There are rumors that this location will become the new home of Starbucks. The rumor includes the move from the current location in Citywalk to this spot.

The Latin Quarter site has also been gutted out

Earlier today, 12 people were stuck on Rip Ride Rockit for nearly 3 hours. All of the guests were eventually rescued. The article of the incident is below

November 2nd will be the last day to purchase a Universal Meal Deal program, as an all new version of the program called the “Universal Dining Plan – Quick Service” will launch on November 3rd. The new plan is similar to the Disney Dinning Plan currently used.

Interesting to hear about the Starbucks move. They are going from the center of Citywalk to the parking garage area. I'm guessing they are hoping to get more people as they enter in the morning and leave for the night with pedestrian traffic. The other thing I can think of is that rumored Italian restaurant will be going where Starbuck's used to be as they take this spot.

Think about it, back in September we were all questioning where there was an empty space for that restaurant to go. Now we have a spot created for it.

Not too long ago, the JP area in Islands of Adventure received some carnival games similar to Dinoland USA.

Oh how I hate those carnival type games at the theme parks ~ just seems trashy.

So that brings it to three areas in the parks that have the carnival games. Springfield in Universal and then this and toon lagoon in IoA.

Definitely not a fan of the this new one and the toon lagoon stuff. As for the games in Springfield, they are themed relatively right given the attraction is at Krustyland and all the games have Simpsons prizes.

Or all these carnival guns left over from the old Amity Harbor area when they closed down JAWS and are now replacing it with Harry Potter's Diagon Alley? Just took those old carnival games and re-dressed them up for Springfield or Jurassic Park instead of just throwing them away.
