A few friends of mine like to cook and send photos around so I wanted to see if there were any takers here.
For example, I just made this today while waiting on some processes. (Ok, to be fair I had to start the day before but still, it counts!)

I am still trying to use up all the tomatoes from summer, so far I've made soups, breads, ketchup, sauces, salads, etc. and I'm still not done.

The differences in mine were that I roasted the tomatoes and my starter was from a wild yeast strain I caught to make the starter.
