One of the purest pleasures in the world is teasing one of your best friends by accusing him of being the Heart kid. What's sad is that the insult still works at our age.

I could see a girl have it.

But a boy? I remember I thought that the boy was having problems.

So true!! I remember one time a friend of mine was talking to his dog in that weird baby-talk manner, and i was like, "what are you, a planeteer?"

We called each other by care bears, or the dwarfs. I was always the Grumpy one.

We've never gotten specific with our characters, unless you count calling people Dopey. My friend Kerri has the nickname "Kerr Bear", but you only call her that if you want her p*** off with you.

Of course after that Incident I didn't have any friends that were girls for a long time.

That's kinda neat. I don't think my group ever called each other character names.

Okay... a new topic. Nicknames drive me nuts.

Back to video games then? I'm just listening to my Final Fantasy VII MP3's, and getting anxious as I wait for my friggin' soundtrack to get delivered.

What soundtrack are you waiting for? What's your fav. FF track?

I'm waiting for the FFVII soundtrack. My favourite track would be hard to pin down though. I guess just the classic FF theme. I'm guessing you're a fan yourself?

Heh, yeah I'm a fan in some sense. I'm not into the gameplay myself, but I watch my brother play. I like to pay attention to the story and the music especially. Nobuo Uematsu is wonderfully creative to compose new songs time after time.

If you're into video game soundtracks, my personal favourite is Xenogears. Just be warned if you and your brother are going to try playing the game itself that the story is really deep. Like Evangelion deep. Like minimum 50 hours of gameplay deep. Like played it through four times and I'm still a little fuzzy on certain areas deep.

darn fun game though.

I've heard so much about Xenogears. All good things too. I don't think my bro is interested in it; he's too busy with WoW and FFXI. Deep is good. I like deep and surreal and weird and existential.

The only thing I know about Xenogears is Xenosaga, the prequel.
