I was working in the yard and it came to me, "If Len is so good at cleaning out his parent's garage, wonder what he could do in my yard?"

The garage was cleaned out 5 years ago and is still perfect. If you want me to clean your yard I will need some sort of payment. I'm thinking a week vacation to WDW with a stay at the Yacht club. I consider it fair as I would be working in the hot Florida summer.

For a week at the Yacht Club that yard would have to be so incredible looking that it would give Martha Stewart a cardiac arrest...

Jacca how can you do that to me. Making me wait an entire year for Minnie! Mindflipper, you will have the cleanest yard on the block... don't think I can guarantee Martha Stewart having a heart attack, but it would make her notice it.

And Len, I can pay $30 to have someone clean my yard - for a week at the Yacht Club, its gotta be Better Homes & Gardens kind of work. Just cleaning gets you an hour at a Days Inn somewhere off property.
