Dole whip... no calories! :D I forgot to take a pedometer last time I went to see how many steps I took. I will bring one when I go back in about 10 days. Always been curious how much you can actually walk in a day at the park.

Someone had to mention Dole Whips - now I must spend thousands of dollars to trek my family down to WDW or DL just to satisfy this craving! (Good thing we're going next month!) 8)

no calories in Dole pineapple whip. This can't be true. This is a joke, right?

I have heard that the average guest walks approximately 8-10 miles a day.

None of the food consumed on Disney resort property has calories! :D

8-10 miles is a lot! I use a term around family and friends to explain how I feel after a day of moving a friend to a new apartment, or a hard day of physical labor. I call it "Disneyland tired". Just like that feeling when you went to DL at opening, stayed till closing, and now you are lying in bed and your legs are throbbing and your joints ache and your bed feels like the best thing ever.

YES! I thought I was the only one who did that!

"Dude, I'm like? Tired. Like really tired." "How tired?" "Like? Disneyland tired." "That's tired. "

Also, I believe I still have the dole whip recipe somewhere around here if anyone's interested.

Here's a recipe for dole whip I found before...

Pineapple 'dole" whips

Prep: 10 min.

Freeze: 3 hrs.

Makes: 8 servings

2 cans (20 oz. each) DOLE Crushed Pineapple

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons lime juice

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, mini marshmallow or mini chocolate chips, (optional)

1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped

Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Set aside.

Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Stir in cherries or marshmallow or chips, if desired.

Pour into two 1-quart freezer zipped bags. Store bags flat in freezer. Freeze about 1-1/2 hours or until slushy.

Stir gently pineapple slush into whipped cream until just blended, in large bowl. Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour. Serve.
