How about the Mets? 30 runs in two games against the Tigers and over 50 scored in the past four games. Let's hope the offense stays hot like this!

Congrats to MmeLeota's Halos who 3 game swept us back into our place! Davey Johnson now 0-3 as new Skipper.

And I jinxed my team. Oh well 2/3 from the Tigers isn't too bad. Now it's round two of the subway series and we don't have to face CC!

Outside of September and October (and lately November...) this is my favorite part of the season. The two weeks or so between the ASG and the non-waiver trade deadline. It's certainly the most intriguing and compelling. To me anyway.

I was home studying yesterday and I decided to watch the Mets game. Fox had the worst announcers who seemed to be shocked that the mets were winning. All they could say was "That is why the game is not played on paper. It's played on dirt and grass.

Congrats DAR... It's amazing how good they play down the stretch. I hope they can keep it up and shock the Phillies (sorry 99soulz) or the Bravos (sorry JACCA) out of the playoffs instead of fizzling like years past.

Brewers 96-66 best regular season of any Brewers team. Play the Diamondbacks. Cardinals get in due to an epic choke job by Braves and face the Phillies
