How I see it:

AL - Central - White Sox
AL - East - Yankees
AL - West - Angels
AL - Wild Card - Red Sox

NL - Central - Cardinals
NL - East - Phillies
NL West - Giants
NL Wild Card - Braves

I think it's gonna be a tough battle this year in the AL West between the Angels and the Mariners...of course, I like B-dude's prediction!!!!

Give me the pre-season because that means our season isn't over yet and soon we'll be tied for 1st place!

I think the Mariners are the sexy pick but they have no bullpen or a 3rd, 4th or 5th starter. So I have no idea why the "experts" are picking them. The Rangers will surprise more people then the Mariners will. But that is why we play the games.

You have a good point B-dude. I think the M's will get under our skin more for the fact that they have Figgy now...he was a huge role to our team and it was hard to see him go.

I admit I didn't think we stood much of a chance this year with all the changes that happened in the off season. But after seeing the way the team is coming together, I'm starting to think otherwise. It will be interesting to see what happens when we meet up with the BoSox (Lackey) for the first time...especially in Angel Stadium.

Well time to put all the smack talk aside. This season is now underway and we will now be able to let our respective teams' performances do the talking.

Ehh still 161 games left for them and 162 for everybody else. I hope that the teams will live up to the high expectations. Although I have set my expectations for the Mets low this year. Seems like a disappointing continuation of last year.
