Don't say that you might Jinx us , I think your safe though. On saying that Boston were 3-0 up on the flyers and came a cropper.

We will just have to wait and see how it all pans out but if it did happen is the final just one game.

Don't you jinx us babe!! I am aldready watching the same TV and sitting in the same seat for each game - and yes, I was not during Game 3 so I know it was me when they lost!

Your Hawks are looking great - one more for the sweep!

Definitely Chicago. What a great game it was to watch as a fan of the sport. It looks probable for Philly to be the Eastern team, but nothing is official until the series is over.

Congrats Boilerbabe, your team has made it to the Stanley Cup!

Now it's even MORE depressing... I wanted the Final to be Chicago Blackhawks vs. my Washington Caps... Chicago came through on their end at least. Go HAWKS...

The Flyers site says the 30th which is Sunday 1pm your time so 6pm our time guess who's going to be listening in on Flyers radio live, as you say Boilerbabe may the best team win.

GO FLYERS. :hatter_bounce:

Thanks BB... the toughest part is watching VS coverage as they use Joe Beninati as their play-by-play guy... and he's the Caps play-by-play guy... So, I'm used to his voice calling Caps games. :(

Since there are fans of both teams on this site I will stay neutral, although I've had to put up with some mean-spirited Flyers fans (as they are good friends of mine) in the past.

WHOOOHOOOO!! We're in the Finals!! When Richards tied it up with that bumrush shorthanded goal in the 1st I knew it was all over. Nice to close it out at home too.

LETs GO FLY-ERS!!!

Yep, looking forward to this. On paper the Blackhawks have them hands down but the Flyers just have that something special going on right now that only comes around once in a while - will be great to see how this all pans out!

Should be fun!

That was a spectacular play for Richards to keep that play going and get the goal. Why didn't Halak do stupid stuff like that in the 1st round???

Also... I liked your old avatar better... haha

My bad, DH had said Sat. for Game 1. That's what I get for listening to B-dude!!!

Anyway, I of course want my Hawks to win so badly, it's been a very long time, 1961 to be exact! But, I'm not a mean spirirted fan. Any team can win on any given day!!! It really doesn't matter who looks better on paper, it's what happens on the ice! So, with that said, may the best team win.

Go Chicago! :D

Well I really don't care who wins. I just hope the games are close and intense like the Stanley Cup should be. May the best team win.

I'd like to see little bet between Boilerbabe and 99Soulz.......

Pehaps the losing fan changes their avatar to the winning team's logo for a few days?

Been away for a while.......I gotta go with the Flyers. I like the way they have played in the last half of the season and especially in the playoffs. Plus, they have our old coach from my Hurricanes in Peter Laviolette.

Sorry Boilerbabe. I like the Hawks and have a good friend who is a huge Hawks fan, but I gotta go with the Flyers this time..
