Enjoy Thanksgiving, one and all!
Relax, eat, Watch a lot of football!
Spend time with the family today
For tomorrow brings Black Friday!
For me, its decorating the house
and - how shocking - no Mouse!
Shocking will be the decorations outside
it's what happens when two holidays collide!

Ho-Ho-Ho-hee-hee-hee-hee!!! :jack: :jack: :jack:

Making Christmas,

I figured I would bring back an old thread that is VERY appropriate for this day...

A happy and healthy Thanksgiving to all. To all those who plan on going out shopping either for the early morning door busters or the Thanksgiving night sales... like me. Please take it easy and be safe. Remember some people are in their own world when they have their mind is on shopping.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

Hey, Len90, what are you searching for in the sales? You know many retailers - like Best Buy - have advertised that their doorbusters for Friday morning are available on-line today.

Yep I always take advantage of those deals online. There are some things that require going out tonight, like a sale at your local Disney Store outlet. A little birdie told me that the jumbo plush are going to be on sale and it will be a good sale ;)

Happy Thanksgiving! And I'll allow my hometown pride to show here....

Every year I am very lucky to enjoy Thanksgiving in my hometown, Plymouth. It's always strange to think when I take my ride through town and the waterfront and see the Mayflower, that on that particular day the country is celebrating a holiday that started right there.

And I'll get off the pride soapbox now!

Sorry, Amy, but I had no probs with Best Buy last night or today. Did anyone else? :?:

I have to agree with a comment Len90 made somewhere that the Black Friday sales so far to me seem disappointing.

I did a google search and found others were having the same problem that the best buy website was coming up in Turkish, or it was directing them to a Asian site for Best Buy. It appears it was a broken link but it is working ok for now. I didn't see anything exciting in the paper ads today either :(
