Thank you very much! She's got her 12-week checkup on Tuesday. Can't wait to see the sonogram!

I am digging up this old thread, because its title is generic enough to be used by anyone with an announcement and doesn't require me to start a new thread.

I just have to share with everyone that my sister gave birth to my first nephew yesterday. Logan Geoseph Johnson has joined us just in time for the new year, and I have already started indoctrinating him into Disney Fandom. For a picture of the proud uncle with little Logan see my avatar.

Not until he is much older. I want to make sure he is old enough to remember it. I have gone with friends who have a two year old and that wasn't that much fun.

3 is a good age! :D My parent's started taking me then, I remember alot from that trip! To me, all the characters were real then, it was a Magical trip! Make sure he's potty trained!!! That will make it more enjoyable.

Congrats!!! Never too early for a pair of Mouse Ears though! :D

In the same vein as this thread, my nephew (my brother's son) took his first (I hope of many) trips to WDW when he was only 8 months old. My brother was invited to an award dinner for his company that was being held at Epcot, so he brought his wife and his son. My mom and I just tagged along and bought our own tickets.
Of course is too young to rememer it, but he loved it when he was there. His first ever ride was (surprise surprise?) Dumbo. He also went on the carousel, on its a small world and into Philharmagic, where surprisingly he fell asleep. Oh yeah, and the Pooh ride as well.

They are expecting thier second child this summer, and we will know the sex of the baby in a few weeks, so I may post that up here, if I can remember to do so!!

Ok, I'm reviving an old thread, but I'm excited too - I'm very newly pregnant, with the help of IVF! Hubby is VERY excited!

I'm still really early though (4wks 6 days), so I shouldn't make any announcements, but after trying off and on for 11 years I can't wait!

The only thing I'm worried about is that we're going to Disney with my sister in less than a month, so I could be in the timeframe of major morning sickness... :? Oh well I still don't care - I'm PREGNANT!!

Congratulations, Karen. I went to Disney with my sister when she was in the middle of major morning sickness. It was fun.
