The cherry tree flowers are a nice touch, and the castle isn't trying to blind you. Though that rain thing isn't great...

Actually they are differant locations. I think one is DLR and WDW

nope, they're both from DLR, they are taken from different angles with different weather conditions. Here is WDW (taken from Disneyforever.com)Image

take a look at the castle, though. also, different angles mean you see different things. They may have also been taken at different times of the year (one in spring - hence the flowers on the tree, one in summer). The castles are the same in the 2 you just posted, but completely different from the one I posted.

In my opinion, putting a font on a picture doesn't qualify as a background. It needs more integration.
