So I was watching ABC (Disney owned I know) for the inauguration and I noticed that they were using Illuminations Reflections of Earth (EPCOT) music when they went to and came back from commercials. Anyone else notice this?

No I didn't get to hear the sound, I was at work and could read the closed caption. I got to see his speech last night though.

That's awesome!

Mr Obama you've just become president now what do you do? "We're going to Walt Disney World!"

Na, just doesn't work.

Did anybody else get the feeling that all the bands at the balls only knew one song?

I was at work, but by the time I was off for lunch, it was pretty much over. I am sorry I missed that. Any excuse to listen to Disney music is good for me! :)

I missed it since I watched the inauguration on FOX instead of ABC but that's pretty cool that they used the music!

Yeah I heard it. I originally had it on CBS but I saw a few of my friends comments on facebook and AIM so I turned it out and noticed the Illumination music during the commercial breaks. Good selection there ABC! :)

I had class during it... first day back to college. I caught a word or two since the college had TV's set up all over tuned to CNN. It annoying since they left you just about nowhere quiet to sit and do work. Probably would have been the only upside for me if they would have put ABC on.

I set the DVR to NBC. I set it while I was at work (forgot to do it before I left the house), so I picked the first one I saw on the program guide. that happened to be the local NBC affiliate

There have been reports about the difference in cost of this inauguration and past inaugurations. There are lots of reports out there, here's one that explains it!

I guess I am out of the loop, but I hadn't even heard of this whole thing before you posted it, Jacca. Thanks for the interesting article.

Those are pretty amazing pics. Dr. Ravenscroft, thanks for posting! Amazing how all the people look like tiny ants from an aerial view.
