I requested a whole bunch of Christmas music today and before saying I'm insane, don't forget that today is Christmas in July! Enjoy the holiday, all!

Prior getting my iPod earlier this year, I had an older MP3 player that couldn't create playlists. I wanted Christmas music on it but didn't want to add/delete it each year. So, it played it all year round - I got a lot of ribbing for that. So, no complaints from me. Happy 1/2 Festivus to the rest of us!

hey, speaking of Christmas, we gave our daughter a very early birthday and Christmas present today! I wrapped it up half Christams and half birthday paper. Oh, we gave her a laptop, had a good sale on one at wallyworld. She agreed to pay half, before we gave it to her, and we would also pay for half, but it would be her birthday and Christmas gift.

It's almost time for the real Christmas. Any of you tired of listening to your Christmas music yet?

I usually mute my player when Christmas music comes on. I'm waiting until the day after Thanksgiving.

One of our local radio stations has already begun their annual campaign to drive everyone insane. They play Christmas music 24/7 from All Saint's Day until the twelfth day of Christmas. I try my hardest not to listen to Christmas music until much closer to the holiday. It's bad enough I can't escape it in stores, the mall, etc. Come 12/25 I am such a Scrooge.

I used to be into Christmas when the stores started putting up their Christmas stuff after Halloween, but now I'm just like, can't it wait until after Thanksgiving?? It just doesn't feel like Christmas yet, even though it's FREEZING out...

I don't care what anyone else says, but to me the Christmas season starts on Nov 1st, that's when I start playing all the Christmas music in my car over my iPod. Thanksgiving is just a stop on the way to Christmas IMO!

If you really want Christmas in July you should think of moving to the Southern Hemisphere where it is summer now........er sring still but soon to be summer. In Australia, specifically Sydney, they have Santa surf his way onto the beach.
