I have season passes to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA and we've been to Hall-O-Scream before. It's defeinitely not for children in terms of scare/gore factor. Most rides/coasters at the Williamsburg park are open during the event.

Have a good time!

Screamscape.com has a good review of many of the nation's theme parks Halloween Haunts (they've got a new one up today from BGE).

Wow, that's a long night. I'd be interested in hearing about it to compare to how it is here in Williamsburg.

well i was there from 530-220. GOt back down to south flroida at 630 passed out and woke up at noon. Most of the houses were awesome, great details, and my fiance ripped skin off of my arm several times when she was scared. While waling through the scare zones the only things to scare us were the guys wearing camo in bushes that jumped out, and guys attached to these bungee cord contraptions that came out of the woods and seemed liek they were flying right at us and at the last minute fly back. There was a show called Fiends, gret music and dancing, the girls were hot, and another show called freaks, very crazy side show stuff. Not a great production but interesting.

I went to Cedar Point's Halloweekends this past Saturday. But we were only able to do daytime stuff.
