so, who are you rooting for in the 2007 NHL playoffs? We're now in the conference finals, with the Stanley Cup finals coming up quickly.

Don't watch hockey so I'm going on the bias opinion of Anaheim being one of my favorite cities... not off team stats or anything. I follow soccer and football more so here's looking to the World Cup and those who do follow hockey hope you enjoy the Stanley

For you JS I'm going with, bitting my lip, Buffalo.

Normally I take a team from the Western Conference, except Detroit, if the Flyers don't make it ( and this year they B**W). I'm just glad that the Rangers are out, now if Anaheim can only get Detroit out I will be content just watching the games and enjoying them. Oh and this year I won't have to buy a new TV after I through pucks at it, since the Flyers aren't there.

As you couldn't tell from my name (packWINGfn). I'm a diehard Red Wings fan and hoping they can go all the way this year. An impressive game 3 win tonight.

I really like Buffalo before this series, but man Ottawa is just flying. Wings have a good chance, especially if Hasek gets hot. He is such a freak. I thought his better days where behind him, but I guess he still has some gas in the tank.

Yeah, Ottawa is just powering through this series. I love the fact that the Philadelphia Inquirer was saying that Buffalo still has a chance to come back and win the series....BS!! The chances of that are slimmer than me. They may win 1 game or even 2 but I doubt they will take this series.
I just wish Hasek would just away, he annoys me.

Buffalo's done it before, come back from a 3-0 series deficit. They did it 33 years ago, and 33 years before that. the time is ripe for a comeback.
I think it's also time for an avatar change...

well, the Sabres were close to pushing it to Game 6, but they just couldn't pull it off. If Drury didn't leave in the first 5 minutes or so of the third period, or if Zubus wasn't out with a lower back injury, I think it would've been a different story, but as it is, Ottawa has advanced to the Stanley Cup Finals, to face the winner of the Anaheim/Detroit series.
Here's to hoping Lindy doesn't make too many changes in the off-season, and they can pull it off next year.
