It's coming up!!! Ok... we still have Halloween and Thanksgiving but December is only a hop skip and jump away. What's on the agenda for everyone? Going up to the snow, going to WDW or DL or even the International parks? I know I'm going to Lake Tahoe, Reno, and just hand around San Francisco. I just came back from DL and only got the HMH christmas spirit. So where is everyone else off to?

The last two years, I've spent the second week of December in Walt Disney World... solo in 2004, with my girlfriend last year (we got engaged on the trip)... this year we can't afford WDW (coming from California, a long enough trip to be worth it is like $2k-$3k) so instead, we're going to Disneyland with my soon-to-be in-laws Dec 7th-11th... even though I've lived in Cali my whole life and been to Disneyland 30-ish times, I've never been there in the Christmas season, so this will be awesome.
I've never seen HMH or SWH... never been on my "home" Main Street all dec'd up for the season. We can't wait!!
Then the 12th is my birthday, and I'm sure my sweet pea has plans. Then Xmas at my parents' house... with like 30+ relatives (11 aunts and uncles, 15+ cousins, grandma, assorted others)... then Heather (my fiancee) and I are off to Seattle to visit her oldest friend (who just bought a new house!) for New Year's...
It's going to be quite a December!

Haha hardly. Luckily I like my in-laws a lot (even better, they like me and they like my family), but this will be the first time I've traveled with them. Actually, I'm only "traveling" one direction with them, since I'm gonna fly down in the evening the same day they're driving down in the morning. But we will all drive back together, the day before my 27th birthday.

Not sure what my wife and I are doing for Thanksgiving. But for the Christmas Season we are going to Disney for a weekend to take in the Disney decorations. For actual Christmas we will spend most of it at home, then visit family the rest of the day. I don't really care for my in-laws, but it's the Holidays, and I love Christmas. So I become a better person during the holidays.

I'm VERY excited for this Holiday season! From Nov 22-26, Hubby and I (and our Dog Jake) are spending it in KILLINGTON VT! WOOHOO! Hopefully there will be enough snow for skiing (so we can put our killington season ski passes to work!), but the best part is, that we won't have to COOK ANYTHING for thanksgiving! YAY! Then, from Dec 1-9th My Sis and I are spending that in DISNEY! YAY!
WOOHOO!
I'm VERY excited!

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days a year, i spend most of it in the kitchin cooking with Dad and Grandma. Holidays are always spend split between grandparents houses, and i love it still. Can't runaway to Disney this year though, money is to tight (Stupid Student Loans!) and besides don't have the guts to go solo. Some day i swear i will go for the Holiday Rush! i have to, its a goal.
