This year for Halloween I'm going to be Wayne Cambell from WAYNE'S WORLD!!! 8) PARTY TIME< EXCELLENT!!!!!

No worries about the chainsaw. We're thinking it might be a little too extreme for guests. As far as progress goes, we set up the graveyard and started work on the dot room. This weekend we plan on finishing the dot room and set up the frame for the forest area.

I still love the videos you post, good idea putting them up there. If I can get a camera going this year I want to do what Village Haunt did last year for his TCT. I loved watching all the people get the P*** scared out of them. I don't do that as much but being my first year with Pneumatics this will be something else to add to the fun.

O O O you should do that too in any of the rooms you have, Just go to HD and get one of those nightvision cameras for $50 and set it up in a room.

I would love to see that in person.. Too bad the next 31st on a weekend is 2009

There are some very cool effects from simple ideas

You obviously learned the ways of disney imagineers in that simple effects done right can be awesome.

This past weekend:

Dot room:
Purchased and painted dots on carpet
Built the overhead frame and hung all the flourescent balls from it.

Forest Area:
We got the side frame up.

Graveyard:
Hung up the Spider Webbing

Things are progressing well, I don't think we'll be stressed to get the maze completed like in other years. In fact, we might have monday to relax.
I have pictures of the dot room progress but have yet to use my computer at home to put them online.

Yes, it is pretty amazingly like the real deal. I read that "he was a longtime Disney animator and is currently at Dreamworks" and it shows.

My favorite line is: " The Staring Statues: First I made sculptures out of Sculpey modeling clay" -- like ok, sure, no problem.
