It was definately a shoot'em up game, its the old school kind, he doesn't play anymore. Sockfire my son (Tye) is on WoW 24/7 when he is not at work......he is going to school to become a video game designer. Wants to move to Cali when he can so that he can attend some school he heard about near Irvine ? I think it was Irvine, but not totally sure. He too likes the social aspect of the game. Hey I look at it this way at least he isnt out at the bar getting drunk and driving :D not that I know of anyway 8)

I had a friend who was a video game "tester" for a while. Not sure what happened with that career. Sounds like fun, but a lot of hard work as well.

I used to play 1st person shooters. Late at night, just me on the computer shooting monsters and finding stupid keys to open doors etc..Then they just got boring and I had better things to do...like sleep.

Irvine is where Blizzard is. Blizzard made World of Warcraft. I sense an another motive.

Haha. Isn't G-4, that videogame network headquartered in So Cal as well? Maybe he's looking to get an internship there.

He might've mentioned Blizzard but I am not really sure. We shall see where the wind blow him when he finally makes up his mind :D

Grats on 60 Sub.
Knowing Sockfire they are all level 15.....

I have two on Sergeras still.
60 lock Bagabones
55 warrior Skeel

Yes the Clan Static guild is still alive! Our numbers are growing nicely. We have probably close to 20 level 60s and pleanty 50+.

Not all at 15...

Let's see

Mage 60
Paladin 38
Warrior 30
Shaman 24
Druid 21
Warlock 20 (my original character)

After that, yeah, the rest are right around levels 14-16... how'd you know?

I'm glad to hear you guys stayed on Sargeras since I never got around to transferring my characters off of there. Are you guys raiding ZG now?

We've turned our Crushridge guild into a pvp guild. We're turning the tide on the Horde, who have been dominating pvp on our server.

Just so you all know, I cancelled my account a week ago. Before that I only played for 4-5 hours in the last 50 days. I have been struggling to finish SR 2.0 but other stuff keep getting in the way. It's really frustrating. I need 3 days a week off instead of just 2 for the weekend.

I hope you all saw the South Park last week. Half of it was rendered in and took place in WOW! :)

It was hilarious.

I'll might start playing again when the expansion comes out. But not until SR2.0 is complete.
