Meh...you're a Boston fan...'nuff said :wink: :mrgreen:

I guess the Halos will be waiting til next year to with the Championship...10 years after the first one. (But it would have been nice to at least have a good season for the 50th anniversary year...)

I'm sitting here wondering why the Mets have not really done anything in terms of player signings. We have a new front office with the same players. If no moves are done soon, I project another VERY disappointing season is ahead.

I think it's because they are buried in bad contracts. I look for them to be very active next off season.

Perhaps they can get something for Beltran near the deadline this summer.

I was so elated to hear that Lee will go back to Philly and not be charmed by the $$$$ the Yanks were offering!!!!!! As I read in an article earlier today, Philly has the "Phantastic Phour" now. Let's see how many crazy names people come up with :shock:

It's gonna be an interesting season!!!!

My biggest nightmare. The Mets are now officially doomed. We are tied up in huge contracts with players that are not worth half of what they are being paid. We have failed to make any good moves to better ourselves on the field and the Philthies have just locked down the best rotation in baseball. In fact it could be one of the best in recent times.

Baseball lost a legend...Bob Feller passed away Wednesday night at 92 years of age. I may not be an Indians fan, but a legend is a legend.
