Why can't the mets ever get Johan a win. 12 out of 20 starts he has given up 1 or fewer runs. Yet he only has 7 wins for the season. That is horrendous. Today they won after K-rod blew the save in the 9th. At least we salvaged a game out of the San Fran series. D-backs are up next and we can really use a slow down from the Braves. They have to stop winning eventually

I am an Angels fan and hubby grew up a Cubbies fan. So I am a Cubs fan by marriage...pfffft on the White Sox. (sorry Boilers...)

I am starting to wonder if the Mets remembered that the All Star Break was just a couple of days off and not a couple of weeks off. They need to wake up and start winning if they want to stay in this. Otherwise it will be a continuation of the letdowns.

No, not really. He is save by cardiac arrest. He will put 1 or 2 guys on, dance through rain drops and get the save. He has ran his course and good thing for us is we have two guys that can take the spot with no problem.
