Huh. I thought that Dallas made it too. I must have read the headlines on the Ducks site wrong but I'm hoping the game is on a channel that works on my television.

Don't worry about this "double post" it has been almost a week since your last post, this is well within the rules. If you posted the sameday or something then that would be the "dreaded double post".

Anywho, yeah caps are down and so are the Flyers, hopefully for the Flyers things will turn around at home. But hey I am just happy they got to the playoffs, after that miserable finish 2 seasons ago anything is better.

No complaints over here! I am excited and surprised that the Rangers are up 2-0 on the Caps. I personally thought if the Rangers could go back home with a split that they would have a chance of taking the series. The way they have been able to play has really shocked me. Also, what's with Ovechkin? He just doesn't seem right.

Amazing! Wasnt just Ov off the whole team has been! Missing wide open opportunities! Rangers goalie is also playing great! Rangers are doing what they need to get the win! Dont the Rangers have like 100 blocked shots in 2 games! Maybe the Caps sweep the rangers four in a row! That would be awesome, maybe they could win the cup since we never have and I think NY won one back in 94. Thats enough for another 30 years

It's not just the two wins, the A) looked great teh last two weeks of the season, and Lundqvist looks amazing, all you need is a hot goal tender in the playoffs to make a run, and it looks like they are on their way!

Very true, but for this series, I am still very concerned. I feel that the Rangers are in a must win Monday night. It's not that I want a sweep, but I want them to be able to establish home ice. I know the Garden will be rocking, but the Rangers will need to maintain that noise level. The Caps had a rocking arena, but were unable to keep the crowd that into it and it really neutralized the home ice.

Also, in my opinion, the faster the Rangers could end this, the better it will be since you don't want to give that Capitals offense time to get hot. When they get going, it can get dangerous.

The team I fear the most in the playoffs are the Flyers. They have a long history of ruining the Rangers playoff hopes. At least they won't be able to pull the God Bless America thing on anybody. The Flyers are still the dirtiest team in the NHL! Go Pittsburgh!!
