We'll take the loss? Did you have a choice?

That pitch that Heyward hit out in the 9th was not a cookie. That was a tough pitch down and away and he crushed it. That was impressive.

On a bright note for us in Boston, the Red Sox actually won a game. Life can go on now.

Round two Phillies!

Being a student of the game, Halladay is a pleasure to watch! I keep hearing him being compared to Greg Maddux. I don't agree, reminds me of another great pitcher, Jon Matlack.

Round 3 tonight!

He is fun to watch, although last night was a little different for him - more batters making contact that usual. He was a tad off (for his standards) and the Braves were able to get to a lot of his pitches. Good thing the D played fantastic last night. Usual stuff from Victorino, Utley and Howard but Castro showed me something last night. Hard to fill Jimmy Rollins' shoes but Castro made some nice plays last night.

I have a feeling the bats are gonna wakeup tonight.

GO PHILS!!!

Have you seen what Lowe has done to them?

They got Moyer on the mound tonight, he is prone to give up a bad inning - the Phils need to rally behind him and put up some runs.

2 out of 3 for the Phillies... I don't know if anyone in the NL is going to be able to stop them, unfortunately.

The Braves stunk up the Ted last night! They had their chances and just didn't get it done! Oh well it's a very long season, we'll see you at your place!

The Marlins took 2 of 3 their first meeting with the Phils this season. Only reason it wasn't a sweep was the Marlins never faced Roy Halladay (that I know of) before.

Sorry MadEye... I forgot about the Fish series. Good, maybe they can knock the Phillies down a peg a couple of times this season since I know my boys won't be able to.

Only problem is we can beat the Phils, but then drop 2 to... Houston. :?

Jacca, it's on this weekend like Donkey Kong. I predict a 2-1 split. Not sure which way it will go. Should be a fun kickoff to the season series.
