NaCler, you're not alone in your love for the Nats. My girlfriend is from DC originally. She grew up a Red Sox fan (her dad is originally from the Boston area but worked in the State Dept.) but since the Nationals came aboard she has been a fan of them as well. Therefore, I have slowly become a fan of them as well. We have been to a couple of games (my games were when they were still at RFK) and might be down for the O's series in May. I am looking forward to seeing the new ballpark. We are definately going to Philly for the Firday night game (5/21) against Boston and then may make our way south to DC.

Nice... We'll always take another fan. I think you will love the new park. Compared to RFK it is 1,000 times more up-to-date. Although my first game was at RFK and I will always remember being so close to the action. Let me know what you think when you get back.

Awesome - I'll be there too as that game is in our partial season plan. I'd be curious to see how you like Citizen's Bank Park - can't beat the nostalgia of Fenway but it's a great place to watch baseball. We love it. What section are you in?

I've been there a few times. My sister lives in South Philly so we visit and go to a game. I love it. Fenway looks nice and I love the old time feel of it. Except when I sit in my seat. To be honest, they can't tear it down fast enough for me. I really would like to see them do what they did in the Bronx. Keep the playing field the same. That's what makes the place. Give the fans more comfortable seats and no poles in the way.

But I got to say after reading this (http://www1.whdh.com/news/articles/bizarre/BO140128/)

I'm not so sure about going to Philly!

What an IDIOT. I just don't get people like that. WHAT CAN POSSIBLY be going through your mind to think that acting like is warranted.....I guess the answer is that he doesn't have a mind.

Well, since you've been to the park a few times I hope you had good experiences. Phillies fans generally are good typical baseball fans unlike the reputation of the Eagles fans (unless the Mets are in town, that's another story).

We've never had a problem. Good natured ribbing and the occasional "go back to Boston!" when we cheer the Sox.

Psh, I'm all about the Dodgers. I went on Wednesday to see Joel McHale throw the first pitch and Facebook fans of the Dodgers were able to get 40% off tickets so my mom and I jumped to the chance.

Though I am a HUGE Angels fan, I have a bit of a soft spot for some of the Dodgers.

Since our AAA used to be affiliated with the Dodgers, I have watched several of the players come up in the minors. I spent several years rooting those guys on, so I like to see them be successful in the big leagues.

But at the end of the day, I'm still rooting for my Angels!

I regularly wear my BROOKLYN Dodger Jersey this time of year! I guess with baseball it's a blouse.

Hah, one of my mom's friends is an Angels fan and she joked with us that since we're going to move to Orange County soon, that we'd convert to Angels fans. My mom and I laughed and I was all "Oh, we'll be entering enemy territory but we'll still be the lone Dodgers fans".

OK? When did the Nats do this. I'm still showing the leading 3-0 in the 5th.

MmeLeota you have no worries! Your team is going to the playoffs!
