My feeling is that any remake of a movie or the adaptation of a TV show into a movie is a bad idea to begin with. Hollywood has officially run out of originality. Every movie now made has basically been made before in some way/shape/form.

Wow, another Spiderman. The Spiderman movies are pretty cool. Venom is such an awesome villian.AlexLoup wrote:SPIDERMAN! Sorry I like Spiderman. When is that finally coming out, does anyone know who is going to be the villian (my bet is Venom.)
I'm going to see Batman Begins tonight, so we'll see how that goes.

Well, seeing as how Harry has discovered his father's secret, I wouldn't doubt the Green Goblin makes an appearance. Also, the word on IMDB is The Lizard will be in it (but I don't really trust the boards there). I'd kinda like to see Venom, although I think a character of that magnitude is more for # 4 or 5. 3 would be a bit too soon (what with characters like Shocker or the Scorpion that could be used). Also, don't forget about cross-overs (with x-men or daredevil or something). Could be interesting...AlexLoup wrote:SPIDERMAN! Sorry I like Spiderman. I saw Mr. and Mrs Smith last night. It was good. It's probably funnier if you have a signifigant other.

She'll totally like it. It's action as well as comedy. It plays on a lot of relationship issues.

I saw Batman Begins yesterday due to the urging of my friends. I have to say I quite liked it. It had such a different tone from the other Batman ones, making this one a refreshing change. Lots of fighting and pyrotechnics. Christian Bale's face looked akward in the mask at times, but was very convincing as the Dark Knight. Overall I thought the movie was pretty good.

Okay, here it is again: Herbie Fully Loaded
Has anyone seen Herbie yet? Is it good? I hear it's written by Thomas Lennon and Ben Garant from Reno 911.

I'll add it to my Netflix queue and see it when it comes out on video. As hot as Lindsay Lohan is, I'm not interested in the movie.rickeisenstein wrote:Has anyone seen Herbie yet? Is it good? I hear it's written by Thomas Lennon and Ban Garant from Reno 911.
