I do not crook my left hand when I write, but then again, I don't hold my pen the same way as right-handed person does either. And that really iritated my teachers.

Who knew our sweet, innocent Len90 would succumb to the Left Side of the Force? What next will not turn out to be as innocent and benevolent? Will Santa Claus be discovered as the only reason he leaves toys for Christmas is to case the homes he wishes to rob throughout the next year?!? Although, it would explain how he can afford to make all those toys every Christmas...

No one. North Pole is not under any tax jurisdiction, so St. Nick pays no taxes. I thought everyone knew that's why he set up shop in the North Pole - to avoid paying any taxes.

BTW Santa Claus...is left-handed too.

No, I do not crook my hand. I knew people in school who did and I could never figure out how they wrote.

I did hate writing in school, because we always had to use pencils and there is nothing worse than writing with pencil when you are left handed. For you righties who are wondering what I am talking about, try writing with a pencil from right to left, and you will see.

As for notebooks, I have always written on the back of the page. That drove my teachers nuts, because the holes were always on the wrong side of the page.

Glad to hear from you, B-dude, but you and boilerbabe should be resting up for tomorrow. And both of you are lefties?!?

Then let's see - the list so far is: agingerbugg, boilerbabe, Boilerdude, kcarts, Len90, Mindflipper, MmeLeota, and wewantsdaredhead. That's a lot of lefties in one place! Have I left anyone out?

I guess we can be the LHL - the Left-Handed League. Has the underground society feel to it - and given that Len90 wants to take the world over from the right-handed people, it fits perfect in his goals.

Alas, we may not be able to include Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in our numbers, but we have so many already: Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, M C Escher, Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (better known by the pseudonym Lewis Carroll), Herbert George Wells, Ronald Reagan, John McCain and Barack Obama. We are lefties, and we are legion.

Bill Clinton and George W. need to be in that list too.

I write left handed and consider myself a lefty but have been told that I am not a lefty (or a righty for that matter) b/c I.......

Throw a baseball right handed but a football and basketball left handed.

Hit left handed when playing baseball but golf and play hockey right handed.

So you're confused...like me! :) I'm not 100% lefty either.

LHL? I love it! We will have members scattered throughout and we will slowly begin our reign....muwahhaahhaa!!!

As far as the crook goes, the only time I do is when writing on something like a clipboard (like signing in at a Dr. office)...otherwise I too drag my hand across my paper and end up with the discolored pinky. My teachers hated getting smeared papers in school...that'll teach them to make me write in pencil... ;)

Great to hear from the double-boiler! And glad to hear they are both part of the league!
