So true!! I remember one time a friend of mine was talking to his dog in that weird baby-talk manner, and i was like, "what are you, a planeteer?"Mike Pinocchio wrote:One of the purest pleasures in the world is teasing one of your best friends by accusing him of being the Heart kid. What's sad is that the insult still works at our age.

What soundtrack are you waiting for? What's your fav. FF track?Mike Pinocchio wrote:Back to video games then? I'm just listening to my Final Fantasy VII MP3's, and getting anxious as I wait for my friggin' soundtrack to get delivered.

Heh, yeah I'm a fan in some sense. I'm not into the gameplay myself, but I watch my brother play. I like to pay attention to the story and the music especially. Nobuo Uematsu is wonderfully creative to compose new songs time after time.

If you're into video game soundtracks, my personal favourite is Xenogears. Just be warned if you and your brother are going to try playing the game itself that the story is really deep. Like Evangelion deep. Like minimum 50 hours of gameplay deep. Like played it through four times and I'm still a little fuzzy on certain areas deep.
darn fun game though.

I've heard so much about Xenogears. All good things too. I don't think my bro is interested in it; he's too busy with WoW and FFXI. Deep is good. I like deep and surreal and weird and existential.
The only thing I know about Xenogears is Xenosaga, the prequel.
