Fatheads

Post by disneydreamer58 » Jun Fri 27, 2008 2:39 pm

I have to say I never knew what a fathead was until my boss asked me to look at ordering one.

I liked the Tinkerbell and Mater one. I love Mater he his hilarious!! I was surprised they didn't have a Mickey one. I wouldn't mind putting Tink up on my office wall.

Anyway, I am sure that you all knew about Fatheads, I am just a little slow.....kinda like Mater! HA

Those are kinda neat. They need a little more variety though. Just lots of sports teams. I would love a big Steamboat Willie or Indiana Jones :)

Yah, that was the 1st website I came across, I am sure there are others. Like I said I had never heard of them or at least never knew what they were called. I call them decals, but I guess I am too up there in age

They are basically life size (in the case of the sports figures) peel and stick on your wall posters. They are held to the wall by nothing more that static. They are huge. The logos are huge as well. Not sure they are worth the $100 they are asking. What ever happened to the good ole door poster? I remember mine of Larry Legend taking a leaner past Detlef Schrempf. Cost me $8. Now they want a C-note for Jeter about to uncork a throw (probably in the dirt) to first?

These are pretty cool though I would much rather keep my money than spend that much on them.

Some of them are cool, but I cant see spending $100 on a big sticker. Out of all of them this seems to be my favorite.

The Yoda one would scare me if I woke up in the middle of the night, I would think I was being attacked.....ha ha ha

They aren't cheap that is for sure. I too thought they were bobbleheads and that Fatheads was just another word for them..........goes to show you I was wrong.......for once anyway.....ha ha ha

Fatheads although they can be cool, they mostly seem like a rip off for the price.

I saw a commercial on these once before. They are similar to those cardboard cut-outs of celebs, except they are a heavy weight plastic that sticks to the wall. the images are supposed to be HD (near perfect images). I agree, though, that the price tags are a bit high for a simple decoration such as this.
