never heard of it. is it actually somewhere in WDW property?

According to a Google search, it's an oyster bar in Orlando.
According to some of the comments on Trip Advisor, if you like oysters, it's the place to go; not fancy, but lots of fresh shucked oysters and beer.

Another favorite hangout for Disney employees, maybe?

It's pricey, but if you love seafood, Go to Joe's. Not Joe's crabhouse, but Joe's. It's worth the price!! I've never have heard of Lee and Rick's Oyster House, but the next time we are at WDW, we will try it.
There's nothing like a few dozen oyster's and a cold beer. Remember, only eat raw oyster in a month with an "R". Hot water oyster can get you real sick! It's like sea sickness only a lot worse.
