Are there any Navy guys here?

Post by opalias » Feb Sat 10, 2007 9:25 am

I'm in the navy and just interested to see if there are other people here who also are or have served. I'm in a kinda small community (submarines) but I would still love to strike up some conversations with surface fleet guys.

My father was a Doc stationed down in Bethesda. That is about as far as I got. Although one of my brothers friends is in the Subs. I will try and find out the name, you could be serving with him, doubtful but still a chance.

Whats your duty?

Its an awful small community, and everyone knows everyone, six degrees of separation doesn't apply in subs :)

I'm the son of a USAF Colonel. Thanks for your service to this country.

My dad was in the USAF. He flew the big-boys. b-52 bombers. He's currently piloting MD-11's after having flown 747's for years on end.

Well, I thank everyone who is in the Navy, Army, Air Force, and such. I thank for their dedication and honor to not just only the United States, but the people of the United States of America.
