Birthday Cake!

Post by AKLRULZ » Aug Sat 12, 2006 9:32 am

What kind of cake do you normally enjoy every year for your birthday?

Anyone a fan of Cold Stone Creamery ice cream cakes?! Big fat yum! :D

I usually don't get a cake for my birthday. That's ok....... I'm not a huge fan of cake anyway... I'd take a fruit pie with a candle!

I would like some guava cake or cheese cake. Mmmm.

When I was growing up, it was Duncan Hines' Cherry Chip cake, but they don't make that anymore..... I'm not sure now. I think I'd go for a marble cake.

Of course, I have to wait 'til after Christmas to have my cake. ;)

What about lime cake? If you like that as well, I'll go find you a Key Lime Cake.... bundt-type, and oh so rich..... or else I'll go find the recipe and make you one!

Hm..... maybe I'll ask for that for my next Birthday......

Costco has great icing. I used to hate safeway's because they save money by not putting any sugar in it. ;)

For my birthday each year, I have Ghirardelli brownies and put York peppermint patties in the center while they're being made. Mmm, delicious. Only three days till my birthday!

I try to avoid my own birthday... in 2004 and 2005, I spent my birthday in WDW, and this year we'll be in Disneyland... no cake...

But that's all good with me. Birthdays just remind me how much time I've misspent and how little time is left. I'm going to be turning 27 this year, so really, I don't have any reason to be so cynical...

But yeah, no cake. IF there MUST be cake for someone else's benefit (my mother, my fiancee, etc) then white cake, chocolate frosting.

what's your birthdate? I ask cause if it's August 25, that's my birthday as well. if it is, you'd be the third person I know with that birthday (actually fourth, since I know myself)

And even though it isn't Friday yet happy B-day Esmeralda!
