Expedition Everest Challenge

Post by rdeacon » Feb Wed 26, 2014 10:00 pm

The Expedition Everest Challenge is May 3rd. I will be running this event. The race is a 5K nighttime adventure run with obstacles, scavenger hunt, and Post-Race Party.

The race is currently sold out. If you missed out don't feel bad it sold out quickly. I'll take pics and post details after the race.

I would love to meet up with anyone pre or post race if you got in. I am also looking for a running partner if you are registered and running alone.

Have you done this race before? This is on my Disney Bucket list.

This run sounds like fun. I wonder though, do you have to be a stronger runner in order to finish the challenges and obstacles in the time allotted for the race though?

Tonight was the night our very own rdeacon participated in this event. Hopefully we will get some pics and a recap as I would love to hear more about this race.

I am interested in hearing what the challenges were as well. He did share a photo of his medal which looked pretty awesome! I know some subbers aren't on there, so I'll go ahead and share them here...isn't it neat?!
