Ok so who's in?
I just booked Mary and I for the Half. That's all we are doing next year...

For some reason I think your discussion about 2015 started out the very same way.
We can't go. Going to DLR this summer, and daughter #2 will still be in the thick of swim season in January. Maybe after she graduates...

No marathons, half or otherwise for me yet. I did walk two miles in a row this morning though ~ that's a step in the right direction, but I doubt I will ever be running these races. Hope to be there to cheer some friends and family on one day though!

Dang you annual pass holders who get to register before the rest of us commoners can! My plan is to be sitting at the computer at 11:55 on the 28th just waiting for the registration to open up at noon. I'd like to do the same as I did last year and register for the 10k and Goofy. I have to admit that I am a bit nervous after barely making it in for the Wine and Dine and seeing it sell out in 30 minutes. We will know in 2 weeks.wewantsdaredhead wrote:Ok so who's in?

I'm skipping Marathon weekend next year, but plan to register for the Star Wars races when they open in June. Will be back for (at least) the Half Marathon in 2017, which I think is the 20th Anniversary. Fingers crossed for a Donald-theme'd medal similar to the 20th Anniversary Marathon Mickey medal!

I promise thats all we are doing. Mary is the one who always gets me into these things and when she says she's done, we are really done!!
But you are right...that does seem pretty hollow coming from me and my track record.
I guess we will see you out there again!! This time we will be cheering you on for the full. Hmmm where should we wait for you--where is that part that you just need to dig down and find some strength? We will kick it around and look for you on Sunday!cccmouse wrote:wewantsdaredhead wrote:Ok so who's in?

Now look what you started. Joe is at this very moment checking into annual passes
This year is out for us though. We are looking at 2019 for our next Disney run. Just 1359 days to go

APs would be beneficial for y'all if you only came twice because your stays are longer right?

Don't forget to celebrate passing into triple digits next year!Sleepy90 wrote:Just 1359 days to go
The break even point is if you buy two 6 day non-hopper tickets within 365 days. Adding the hopper surprisingly drops it down to only two 3 day tickets within 365 days. Not to mention the additional room, food, and merchandise discounts you get as an AP that can save you more.Amy wrote:APs would be beneficial for y'all if you only came twice because your stays are longer right?
Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

I am IN for the 10k, half and full! I have my printed confirmations in front of me. I was getting worried when I couldn't even get onto the site for about the first 20 minutes after registration opened up but I got in and got the races that I wanted. Today is a good day!
Come on Mr/Mrs WWDRH - Marathon - you know you want to.
