RSS web feed for Forums?

Is there anyway I can get a RSS Feed notification, to alert me that someone has posted something new in the forums?

You want an alert every time there is something new or you just want to view new posts?

I Just want an alert as a web feed mate, to show when ever there is a new post straight to my phone, just wondering ha!
