TDL & DLP

Post by sockfire » Nov Thu 04, 2004 2:20 am

The TDL and DLP playlists will get incorporated in again as scheduled shows at a later date.

We'll gladly take playlist suggestions for these shows (i.e. what tracks must be played to make the show complete).

Dumbo, Snow white, Mr Toad, and Pinocchio safety spiels. I played the "Disneyland - Fantasyland - Safety Spiels" audio, but it's not in there.
But theres so many songs here, I don't mind.

I don't think those spiels are pre-recorded. As I recall the ride operator just spews it out, I think for Dumbo they use a microphone. I know we used microphones on Small World when I worked there.

Any chance of American Vybe tracks? I remember asking about them earlier, but no other news on it.

"A pirate in irons be full o' guile.
And the blackest 'art wears the broadest smile."

Oh, and "Welcome Home."

American Vybe is a group that plays/sings in EPCOT at the America pavillion. They usually go on before the "American Adventure" show. It's a group of usually 4 or 5 people singing mostly acapella (with the exception of a full size bass in a couple of songs). They sing classic American songs in a jazz/blues style.

It's a relly good live showing if you can see them. I hope they're down there next time I go in '06. Can't wait to videotape them. :D

Nope, on Dumbo "Timothy Mouse" says a speil, also with Toad. (but not a mouse. ) Small world doesn't have one though.

Interesting, I'll have to watch for that next time I go. :)

How about the electrical water pageant music from around '78? I know there's a 73 version on the site already.

My first trip (5 years old) to WDW was in 78 and I rememeber a slightly different rendition of the WP. We stayed at the Poly and I got scared every night the WP came by. Yeah, I was a wuss kid I guess.

Very good question. You mean the positional audio one with headphones right?
