Thanks for posting the show lists! Now I know which ones to request!! -cough all of them cough-

Beatlemaniac that I am, I am HIGHLY impressed with the British Invasion and how well they cover this music. Most accurate and impressive Beatles tribute band I've ever seen (and I am VERY VERY VERY PICKY with Beatles cover bands/song). THE ONLY THING that irks me- their bass player plays right-handed! Which is NOT correct but I can overlook that...

When I saw "British Invasion" as the topic I thought it was about users like ACP (Andy) and Sleepy90 - the Brits in the UK that are here on subsonic.

"I am the eggman.... they are the eggmen... I AM THE WALRUS!! GOO GOO G'JOOB!!"

The video for that song is a total trip....

John Lennon was actually inspired by Lewis Carroll when he wrote it... Alice in Wonderland in particular (in addition to the uhhh, acid). I only recently found that out (sorta like how I always KNEW the four vultures in The Jungle Book were Beatles parodies and come to find out, they themselves were originally supposed to do the voices).

Did anybody notice how John was killing off Paul? Also if you read the Beatles Black Book it goes into a whole thing about how John used imagery from a bunch of different cultures to imply Paul was dead.

Wow! You never knew the vultures where the Beatles?
