Subsonic Radio

As much as I LOVE the area music from the Living Seas (which I really and truly do)...what are the chances of getting the new area loop music on here? I love the Finding Nemo soundtrack and I LOVE that they play it at The Seas now. It's so calming and peaceful...I'd love some of that peace during the school year!

I know that the "Big Blue World" song they came up with for the ride is the same song they play in the finding nemo musical over at AK. and that one is in the playlist now, I believe. if it's not already, it's ready to be added.

as for the rest of the music, I haven't seen anything come in yet, but if anyone has it, they're welcome to upload and we'll see what we can do.

I have the background loop for this attraction at home. When i get home tonight i will upload it for all of your listening pleasure!

Haha...no problem annafab! Im glad I could help out. Now its up to the mods to get it loaded up into subsonic.

Hopefully this won't come off as whining, 'cause I'm just generally curious as to how this works: when will we know when/if the music is uploaded?

What will happen is one of the mods (whoever does the uploading at that time) will post a new thread in the "news" section of the forums. In that thread there will be a list of all the new songs that were chosen to be uploaded. I checked and as of right now there hasnt been any new uploads. Just keep reading the forums and check the news section. To be honest, no one really ever knows when or if a track will be uploaded. I guess a sure fire way is to ask the mods. Hope that helps!

this would be a somewhat correct representation of how it works. the real way it works is this:

either Subsonic or rdeacon will upload the tracks to the server when they have time to. when the tracks are uploaded, there will be a News thread that lists all the new uploaded tracks, posted under the name "Subsonic Radio". the easiest way to get updated when there are new tracks is to watch the home page, or to add us to an RSS reader. the mods do not control the streams in any way - they moderate the forums only. and asking any other admins (other than Sub or rdeacon) will not yeild any result, as we also control the forums.
